Great Deer Hunters. Great Stories. Fueled by Rackology.org

Aug 5, 2018

Six one, 360 pounds. That's where Dennis Pridgen weighed in 3.5 years ago.  Today, 160 pounds lighter, weighing in at a lean 200 pounds, Dennis has found a rejuvenation for everything he loves, life and deer hunting.  Dennis attributes his successful weight loss to a popular diet called the ketogenic diet.  A passionate deer hunting and outdoor television cameraman, Dennis now out paces his fellow hunters and looks at climbing trees these days as entertaining instead of a burden.   Dennis walks us through how he dropped the 160 pounds in a relatively short amount of time and how the weight loss has drastically help his career and his ability to hunt.
