As deer hunters, we often try to be quiet in the woods so as not to spook the deer, but why? What do we really know about the sounds we make? Not many studies have been done on sound in the deer woods, but Adam Lewis, a physics teacher by trade, is determined to change that. He created a company called Sound Barrier Hunting that researches and tests those sounds that hunters commonly make and the results may not be what you thought. How far does a metal on metal clang travel and will that particular sound decrease your odds of scoring big on a deer hunt? Adams explains all this and more!
